How soon will someone contact me?–

How are lessons structured?+
Fundamentals → reps → pressure reps → game-situation decisions. We don’t just “do drills”—we teach when and why to use skills in real games.
What should my athlete bring?+
Basketball shoes, water, and a coachable attitude. If you have it: correct-size ball, towel, and any braces/support needed.
Can parents stay and watch?+
Yes. Parents are welcome. Sometimes we’ll recommend giving the athlete space once comfortable—confidence grows with independence.
What ages do you train?+
We coach youth league athletes, middle school, and high school. Intensity is always adjusted to skill level and maturity.
How do you track progress?+
We track skill focus goals, habits, confidence, decision-making, and consistency. You can request periodic updates on what’s improving and what’s next.
Safety + injuries+
Proper warmups, age-appropriate intensity, hydration breaks, and smart progression. Tell us about injuries so we can adjust immediately.
