ACE Unda Dawg | Recruiting
Recruiting • Realistic • Structured • Integrity First

Recruiting isn’t a rumor—it’s a plan.

ACE Unda Dawg helps families and athletes understand what matters, build a strong athlete presentation, and execute a consistent outreach strategy—guided by Jamal Harris, former college player and high school coach.

  • We focus on readiness, film, communication, academics alignment, and consistency.
  • We do not promise scholarships—we build a process that earns opportunities.
  • We support middle school planning and high school execution.

Disclaimer: We provide education, strategy, and support. We do not guarantee offers, roster spots, or scholarships.

What Recruiting Support Means Here

Not hype. Not shortcuts. A step-by-step system that helps athletes present clearly and communicate consistently.

Clarity

Recruiting Readiness

We evaluate where the athlete truly is: skills, level, academics, film, and habits—then set realistic targets.

Presentation

Athlete Profile + Story

We help structure what coaches need: position, measurables, stats, academics, and a simple, coach-friendly profile.

Execution

Outreach Structure

Email templates, follow-up cadence, communication coaching, and a schedule that keeps momentum without spamming.

The ACE Unda Dawg Recruiting Process

Five steps that keep families focused, consistent, and prepared.

1

Student-Athlete Profile

Athlete introduces themselves: position, measurables, academics, goals, links.

2

Parent Intake

Parent provides logistics, schedule, consent, and recruiting priorities.

3

Recruiting Evaluation

Readiness score + biggest gaps + next-30-day plan for progress.

4

Film & Profile Plan

What to record, how to label clips, and how to present the athlete cleanly.

5

Outreach & Tracking

Target tiers, email cadence, follow-ups, and a simple tracking routine.

Note: We do not contact coaches “for” families as a guarantee service. We provide structure, materials, and coaching so outreach is professional and consistent.

Recruiting FAQ

Clear answers so families don’t get stuck in confusion or “internet advice.”

Do you guarantee scholarships or offers?

No. We provide education, structure, materials, and coaching. Outcomes depend on athlete readiness, academics, effort, and fit.

When should an athlete start thinking about recruiting?

Middle school is great for foundations (habits, skills, academics). High school is when execution and communication become critical.

What matters most to coaches?

Coachability, consistency, fundamentals, decision-making, effort, academics, and a clear athlete identity (role + strengths).

Do you help with highlight videos?

Yes—structure and priorities (what to show, how to label, how to keep it coach-friendly). We can add editing services later if you want.

What if we don’t have measurables or stats?

That’s common. We help you document what you can, prioritize what matters, and build a plan to fill gaps responsibly.

What’s the best first step?

Student-Athlete Sign Up first. Then Parent Sign Up for consent and scheduling. From there, we run the evaluation and build the plan.

Ready to start?

Start the process the right way: athlete profile first, parent intake next. Coaches can join the network anytime.

Recruiting Intake • Multi-Sport • Academics Included

Let’s market the full student—athlete + academics + fit.

This form feeds the ACE Unda Dawg Recruiting CRM. We collect athletic info and academic needs so we can guide families toward realistic targets and the right support.
Tip: If you don’t know a field yet (wing span, target level, etc.), leave it blank—submit anyway.

Recruiting Athlete Intake

Required fields are marked. Parent/guardian info is included because we communicate logistics + consent through the adult.

Athlete Info

This is the core profile coaches expect to see.

Type first + last (example: Destin McKinney-Crawford).

Sport Profile

Multi-sport is welcome. We’re building the best-fit plan.

Measurables

If unknown, leave blank for now.

Academics & Support

We recruit with integrity. Grades + fit matter.

Goals & College Targets

Tell us what the athlete wants and where they think they fit.

This is NOT a guarantee of outreach—this is permission for appropriate matching.

Parent / Guardian

We confirm logistics and expectations through the parent/guardian.

If “No”, do not submit—have the parent complete this form.

Notes

Anything else you want us to know.

We keep this for staff workflow. Families can leave it blank.
